I have not updated this blog for a bit.

ANYWAY.

My laptop broke:(

I am getting closer to finishing my two projects.

So I got those switchers I posted about earlier, and I started soldering them. I had my Grandpa cut the headers.

I miscounted and I couldn't finish soldering one of them. But! I am thinking of some new projects to do.

Vote on one in the poll next to this post.

• Automated parts storage
• Large CNC wood router
• Laser "Bit" for above and current CNC mill.
• Large LED lamp

The one I'm thinking is the storage.

I envision pushing a button, labeled "Resistor 1/4 Watt" or "IC" or "LED, 5mm" and a drawer with labeled and lidded compartments sliding out automatically. I would enter how much I put in, or took out, and it would print a list with parts I was running low on.

I'm thinking about Arduino.

So, I was checking my BatchPCB orders, ready too see both listed as "Processing", which means they sant the panel to the boardhouse and are waiting to get it back. But, Lo and Behold, look what I found:

MORE SOLDERING AND BUYING NEW STUFF!!

Erm...yeah.

I don't like this part.

My Favorite Part!

I'm in my favorite part of doing projects right now. It's that part where you have some of the stuff you need but not all of it yet. You have stuff to do, and you are excited to finish the project. And for those naysayers that say "If you like doing this so much, why are you excited to get finished?" I don't know. I LOVE doing these projects, but I love finishing them too. I think it is that feeling of "I did this amazing all by my 12 year old self!!!" Yeah, that's what it is.
